What is cafeteria?

Benefity City is a benefits' system of Edenred Slovakia accessible through a web application. A personal budget is allocated to every employee according to employer's decision and this budget is transformed to a defined number of points. These points then serve for payment during "purchase“ of benefits according to his/her own choice within the web sphere of Benefity City.

Benefits' programme solution through Benefity City is a way how to create tailor-made benefits for the employees who wish to decide in their free will whereas each of them has their individual needs, interests and tastes. An interesting advantage of the application lies also in the fact that it does not interfere with the existing company structures and software solutions and does not require any additional hardware equipment.

What if I want to give employees different benefits under different organizational structures? I can differentiate between them and assign them different numbers of points or different types of benefits?

Rôznym skupinám zamestnancov je možné poskytovať rôzne body, ako aj rôzne benefity (to znamená, že zamestnanci uvidia vo svojom benefitovom účte len tie benefity, na ktoré majú nárok). Body zamestnancom načítame podľa podkladov, ktoré nám zašlú ľudské zdroje, t.z. že každý zamestnanec može mať rozdielny bočet bodov. To different groups of employees can be provided variety of items, as well as different benefits (this means that employees see in their benefits account only those for which they are entitled). Points are assigned to employees according to documents sent to us by human resources departments, ie that each employee can have different points.

How often can I assign points to my employees?

Points can be assigned to an employee according their needs - several employees at once or individual.

What if someone underspends their points? What happens to them?

It depends on the client's decision. Points have no fixed expiration, or employees must use points before the end of the calendar year, otherwise they expire.

Who will manage the entire system? (add new staff addition, take redundant, assign points, make changes, add benefits ....

The system manages ADMIN Edenred Slovakia - based on the reports sent to us by human resources.

What statistics from the benefits I will receive?

The system can extract any reports, utilization reports for a certain period, according to certain groups, benefits, employee groups, cost centers, etc. - It also depends on what data for individual employees will be registered. Part of monthly report is also detailed review of each employee's account, which benefit did he take, what amount, which provider, etc.
